Recommended doses:
Dissolve 1 pastille in the mouth 6 times (adults and children aged 12 and up) daily. 

Do not exceed the recommended doses.  The product does not substitute varied diet.   Not suitable for pregnant women and breast-feeding women.   The product is not intended for children 12 years of age or younger.  Excessive use can have laxative effect.   Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
