Preparation:
Pour 1/4 L of boiling water over 1 tea bag and allow it infuse for 5-10 minutes in a covered vessel. Do not boil. The tea shall always be prepared fresh. Drink it lukewarm.


Recommended doses:
1 cup daily (children aged 1 and up), 1 cup 1-3 times daily (children aged 3 and up), 1 cup 3-5 times daily (children aged 12 and up and adults). 

 

Do not exceed the recommended doses.  The product does not substitute varied diet.   It is suitable for pregnant and breast-feeding women.  Keep out of the sight and reach of children.  

Weight of 20 tea bags: 1.5 g each = 30 g net weight
The content of nutrients and energetic value of 1 tea bag are negligible.
